Return and Refund Policy
Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to recall the package or halt the delivery process. This means that if a customer wishes to cancel their order, it may still be delivered to them. In some cases, it may be possible for the customer to refuse the package upon delivery or return the package to the sender, but this process can be complicated and may incur additional fees or delays.
Therefore, CANCELLATION OF THE PRODUCT ONCE SHIPPED IS NOT POSSIBLE
When a customer receives a damaged product due to transit, they may be understandably disappointed and frustrated. The customer needs to inform us within 24hrs of receiving the product. A video of the opening of the parcel must be provided to support us with valuable evidence that can be used to determine the cause and extent of any damage or defect. This way, we can try to minimize the inconvenience caused to the customer and demonstrate our willingness to resolve the issue.
